Pavilion
$300 for three hours | $100 security deposit
Our pavilion can be rented for three hours in one of our allotted time slots (10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm).
The pavilion offers a clear view of the playground, electricity, and is easily accessible from the market. This rental includes 6 picnic tables, a trash can, and a staff member to assist with setup and teardown. Guests are welcome to decorate the space however they’d like with approved decor such as table coverings, balloons, banners, etc.
*This policy is only applicable on non-festival days.
Farmyard
$250 for three hours | $100 security deposit
Our farmyard can be rented for three hours in one of our allotted time slots (10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm).
The farmyard, located just beside our petting zoo, offers natural shade and is easily accessible from the market. This rental includes 6 picnic tables, a trash can, and a staff member to assist with setup and teardown. Guests are welcome to decorate the space however they’d like with approved decor such as table coverings, balloons, banners, etc.
*This policy is only applicable on non-festival days.
Event Add - Ons
Hayride | $75
Up to 60 guests can enjoy a ride around the farm in the shaded wagon.
Barrel Train | $60
Up to 20 guests can enjoy a ride around the farm in side-by-side barrel cars.
Candy Cannon | $150
Up to 30 guests can enjoy a hayride around the farm with a private candy shoot at the end!
FESTIVAL DAY POLICY
During our seasonal festivals, the Farmyard space is available to rent for $200. All rentals run from 10am–5pm and do not include assistance with setup or teardown. Add-ons are unavailable and festival tickets may be purchased at the gate at regular prices.

Playground admission is sold seperately. If your party guests would like to access the play area, an admission of $3 per person is required.

We do not permit guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages — all alcohol consumed on property must be purchased from our bar.

In the event of inclement weather, the party can be rescheduled. No rain dates can be scheduled in advance.

Yes! Playground admission is not a requirement for the usage of add-ons during private events.

Private event hosts who do not wish to rent a space may hold a “pop-up” gathering in the main picnic area using no more than two picnic tables, and no decor except for table coverings. Add-ons are unavailable, picnic tables are not reservable, and availability is not guaranteed.

The only permitted outside vendor is Colorful Llama, which offers services such as face painting, balloon art, and glitter tattoos. No other outside vendors are permitted.
